Exchange Policy – Easy & Flexible

If your item doesn’t fit, isn’t what you expected, or you just changed your mind, we make exchanges simple.

1. Exchange Eligibility

• Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

2. How to Request an Exchange

• Contact our support team at [support@foxina.co] with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.

• Let us know which item you’d like instead.

3. Conditions

• Exchange items are subject to availability.

• If the new item costs more or less than the original, we’ll issue a payment link or refund the difference.

4. Timeframe

• Once we receive your item, the exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
